This past week I went for a walk at Furman Park and encountered the glow of some new lights.
I thought the lights looked familiar. They are some of the light poles that used to be on Lakewood Blvd, repainted and repurposed in both Furman and Apollo Parks. I think it was an awesome call. Now the walking path feels bright when walking after dark.
See Mario Guerra's Instagram explanation of the installation of the light poles.
