As I've mentioned before (see Medusa trees), winter lets you see the "bones" of a tree. I'm finding more and more often that this view of the tree is more interesting to me than the fully clothed tree of spring and summer. I'm not alone in this—there's an entire board on Pinterest of Bare naked trees.

Bare naked trees
As I've mentioned before (see Medusa trees), winter lets you see the "bones" of a tree. I'm finding more and more often that this view of the tree is more interesting to me than the fully clothed tree of spring and summer.
