On New Years' Eve, the Miss Downey court was ready for the adventure of riding the Downey float down Colorado Blvd. This year marked the 125th Annual Rose parade. It was a beautiful, clear day (even though I was watching from home).
One more year! The Downey float was once again the winner of the Founders' award: "Most beautiful float built & decorated by volunteers from a community or organization."
