Every Tuesday evening, Downey High School hosts food trucks in the parking lot. The trucks have been there since February, but this was my first opportunity to stop by. Our dinner choice tonight was the creatively named and decorated Attack of the Killer Carnitas food truck.
Cindy, above, cheerfully answered our questions and took our order. We ordered Monster Nachos, which turned out to be a great choice.According to Cindy, our dreary weather of the last few days was keeping the crowds down tonight, but normally, business has been good. We got our dinner to go, but there are tables available for those who want to stay and eat there.
