The winners of this year's Downey Holiday Home Decorating Contest were announced last week, so I thought it would be fun to check out some of the winners.
The city was divided into four areas. The were lots of possible categories, including Best Use of Lights, Best Lawn Display, Most Energy Efficient, and Santa's Workshop.In Area 3, this house won the "Best Overall" award, with its characters from the movie The Nightmare Before Christmas.
