What do you do with all the new stuff your family got for Christmas? You can make room for it by holding a yard sale. For a $10 fee for the permit, you can sell personal goods for 2-3 consecutive days. It turns out that the Friday and Saturday after Christmas, when a lot of people are still off work or school for the holidays, are great days for a yard sale.
Jewelry and large items sell well.
Sadly, Pooh bears and other stuffed creatures don't.
