With our current economic woes, it's not uncommon to see empty houses around town. The house behind this mailbox has been empty for quite a while.
You have to wonder, did these people leave because someone lost a job? Were they sad to leave? Or is this a good sign, a sign that someone found a new opportunity, a new job, or just a new house?
Either way, this mailbox looks too forlorn. I hope it finds a new family soon.
